She attended most of the First Texss Company luncheon meetings over the past 29 years as a dedicated member, honoring her early ancestors in the New World, Virginia.   She will be missed by all who knew her during these many years.

It was very rewarding to visit with Mrs. Kuhlman these past few weeks. I wish that I had become acquainted with her long ago.

Marie was one of the founders of the Parker Williams Genealogy Group.
Her attendance and participation has been missed for some time.  At least now she knows who all the g.g.g.g.g.g.g.g.g.g. grandparents are!

 - then I'll ride upon the wings of time and live an endless life!"

The Tejas Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution relay condolences with deepest sympathy to Marie's loved ones. Her thorough genealogy research, accomplished over a lifetime, bespeaks her love for family. May you all find comfort in the Lord during this time of sorrow.

I will always remember your Mom's great humor, big smile and kind heart. Her 50 year friendship with my mother, from the time you and I were in elementary school, was cherished.  All of us Fehrenkamps have such wonderful memories of her—she is missed.  My mother is very sad hearing this news, and this morning we've been reminiscing of all their times and trips together. Unfortunately, she is unable to be at the funeral.

Aunt 'Rie was cherished.  I have many wonderful memories of growing up with Aunt 'Rie always around.  I highly treasure and respect her genealogy work and her published history of our family.  She was truly one of a kind.  My prayers to the rest of the family, particularly the kids.  To the grandkids and great grandkids, hopefully your parents will relay to you how special she was so the memories of her will last for many generations.  I love you, Aunt 'Rie.
