Marion was born on September 29, 1940, in Houston, Texas, where he grew up in a small home on the north side of the city. He was the eldest of four children. He attended Holy Name Catholic School and later graduated from St. Thomas High School.
Marion dedicated over 60 years of his life to the real estate business, where his strong work ethic, determination, and skill earned him lasting success and respect. Known for being exceptionally handy and skilled in many trades, he built not only a career but a legacy of hard work and perseverance.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Josephine Tamborello; his son, Joe Tamborello; his daughter, Lisa Marie Tamborello; and his granddaughter, Peyton Alma Tamborello.
Marion is survived by his beloved family: his brothers, Anthony and Frank Tamborello; his sister, Virgirlee Tamborello; his sons, Anthony, Phillip, and Michael Tamborello; his daughters-in-law, Olga, Alma, and Belinda Tamborello; and his cherished grandchildren, Andrew, Alina, Case, and Bryce.
Marion found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He enjoyed trips to the casino with family and friends, morning coffee at Lindale Pharmacy before work, and spending time at Stokes Hardware sharing laughs with the employees. In his later years, his greatest happiness came from time spent with his grandchildren, who meant the world to him.
Marion will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of many.
