Mark Daniel Medina was born in Oakland, California on Friday, July 21, 1967, to parents Daniel and Denise (Cunningham) Medina. He passed away in Houston, Texas and joined his Lord in Heaven on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife Lisa and their adored daughters, Claire and Macey. He is also survived by his parents; brother Kenneth Medina and his daughter Sarah Stallings (Chad); sister, Jennifer Fast (Mike); mother in-law, Diane Siebels; brother in-law, Eric Siebels (Haven) and their daughter, Emma; a host of other relatives and many dear friends.
Memorial services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church,12955 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77055.
