Martha Carolina Guerrero, age 76, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Born in Harlingen, Texas, she was an excellent cook, loved visiting the beach, shopping for others, and especially loved her family. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Joseph Guerrero; grandson, Gabriel Guerrero, and son-in-law, Richard Gonzalez. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Hector Luis Guerrero; son, David Guerrero; daughters, Cynthia Ann Gonzalez, Elizabeth C. Naples, and Belinda M. Uribe; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2013 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 26, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
