Wilda LeBlanc, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend of many died a peaceful death on July 31, 2015. She was one of thirteen children born to Bertrand and Lydia Bell. She was born in Raywood, Texas and later moved to Houston, Texas.
