Mary Ann McDaniel, age 83, of Cypress, Texas passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. She was a native Houstonian who grew up in the Glenbrook Valley Area and attended Mt. Carmel Catholic School. She was born to Patrick Henry and Mary Verna Tansey and was one of seven children.
Mary Ann was a devoted mother and a friend to many. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, playing mahjong and cards. She loved music, laughter and dancing.
She is survived by her four children Karrie Moss, Sherie Wyatt, Charles McDaniel and Jason McDaniel. As well as 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Mary will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 30, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service will occur Friday, May 30, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
