Mary Ozella Mudd

Mrs. Mudd was born June 15,1920, in Gonzales, Texas. She lived in many places throughout Texas during her lifetime but spent her final years in Palestine. Mrs. Mudd occupied her time raising her two children and helping others. She was a very caring woman. Mrs. Mudd went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 14, 2014.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Martin Mudd, and daughter Mary Ann Mudd. She is survived by her daughter, Kathyren (Frank) Ryle; son, Roy (Reva) Mudd; grandchildren Sandra (Terry) Roach, Davis (Debbie) Ryle, Joe Ryle, Josh (Qwa) Mudd; great-grandchildren Karen Austin, Andrew and Justin Ryle, Holly and Heston Ryle, Leslie and Emalee Mudd; great-great-grandchildren Jordan and Kaden Fowler and numerous other nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 17, 2014, at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetary in Houston, Texas. She was laid to rest in Earthman Resthaven Cemetary beside her beloved husband.

This was a favorite charity of Mrs. Mudd and she made donations to it every year for much of her life.
