She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Pete Palasota of 44 years, parents Sam and Laura Ruffino, sisters Carrie Mazanec and Rosie Ruffino, brothers Preston Ruffino and Joe Ruffino.
She is survived by her beloved son Anthony and wife Donna and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary was a long time member of St. Borromeo Catholic Church. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court #1750, and The Gathering Place.
Visitation will be at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060 on May 26, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 7:00pm with a Rosary service at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 501 Tidwell Rd., Houston, Texas on May 27, 2025 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Ronnie Lapaglia, John Palasota, Shannon Plum, Preston E. Ruffino, Sam Salvato and Marc Virgadamo. Honorary Pallbearers are Nick Bacile and Carlo Salvato,Jr.
