Dear Wolf Family,
    We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom (or Grammer as so many of us called her).   She was such a special lady.  I always admired her kindness, her energy, and her out-going personality.  We were truly blessed to know her.   Sorry Bobby, Josephine, Jesse and I were unable to attend the funeral.   We were out of town together, and did not know of her passing until after the funeral.  Grammer will be missed by so many here on Earth, but I know she is enjoying her family and friends in heaven. My condolences to the Wolf family on the passing of your Mom.  Our families grew up together and went to Resurrection.  I went on to graduate with Bridget, at IWA.  I have fond memories of your Mom and her wonderful laugh.  You are in my prayers.

I had the Great Pleasure of meeting both of your parent's years ago. I enjoyed going down to fish with Cecil and Mike and other's.Your parent's are the BEST...I use to catch a ride with Ralph and his brother Roman...We will sing to Hank William's and fish the Great Heaven's with JESUS.....Thanks  FRC

Stella and Larry, I have been out of town, so I was a day late reading the newspaper. Paw Ray and I are so sorry to hear that your Mom passed away. It has been many years since either of us have seen your Mom, but neither of us has forgotten how she lit up a room. She was the most wonderful hostess, always making sure that everyone felt at home. My Mom, Shannon, loved Mary's big "Irish" heart and personality....and maybe, just maybe,by now those two Irish girls are sharing a laugh or two and lighting up heaven with their stories and smiles. She was always so sweet and good to me, she let me stay in her home at a time where I desperately needed a place to stay for a while and good people to be my family.  I know how much you will all miss her but how wonderful that she and your sweet daddy will be together again.  I love you all and will try very hard to be there tomorrow.  God bless you all!

My heart goes out to the Wolf Family today as I was just told the sad news just a moment ago. Momma Mary Wolf you will be deeply missed. You were a beautiful Mother, Grandmother, Friend and Neighbor. I just want to say you raised and nourished a beautiful family that I have had the pleasure of knowing since I was a little girl. Because of you and your family, I have had some of the best memories anyone could ask for. I will always remember you as the Funny, Irish, Catholic, White Lady with a huge family who lived in the middle of Denvor Harbor. Love you Mrs. Mary!!! ? and Love you Wolfs!!! ?

It was our privilege to know her.  Whenever we were around her we felt like family.  We will miss her smile and her laughter.  God Bless the family during this difficult time.

To the Wolf Clan.  Idioms are great.  They're short, pack a punch and they're so easy to remember--just like Mary V.  When I think of Mrs. Wolf, 2 sayings come to mind.  The first is "salt of the earth."  These are folks of great kindness.   Mrs. Wolf embodied kindness and took it to a whole new level.  I remember well my visits to the Wolf home on Zoe Street.  As soon as I walked in and she caught sight of me, she'd say, "Well hello Mawgret Dawling...have a seat."  Pointing at the bench at the kitchen table, she would then offer me sustenance or some substance (usually a margarita).  I would oblige and soon I would find myself caught up in one of her great stories.

I remember falling to my knees, hitting the floor, doubled up in pain, unable to breath, tears rolling down my face.  That's how funny she was.  I'm telling you I experienced extreme joy in the presence of Mary V., which gets me to my next idiom, "a little slice of heaven."

I loved being around Mrs. Wolf because she made me feel good.  Everything about her--her demeanor; her sweet but fiery countenance; and her inviting arms reaching out to give me a great squeeze.  When I visited, I felt good coming in and good going out--yes, like I had experienced a little slice of heaven.  I believe Mary V. is in the presence of God now, experiencing heaven on a massive scale with joy magnified and multiplied to infinity.
The kindness, the joy, the excitement, the promise of Mary V. Wolf, lives on in each of you.  Love to Ouida, Sammy, Scout, my Godson, Patrick and all the Wolf family.

So sad to hear this.....I know how much it hurts...but, there's a brand new fireball in the Heavens!! My love to you all!

Mary V always had a kind heart and a great big smile for everyone. Enter her home and you were "family forever." Ouida and Molly and all the family, I am so sorry to hear that we've lost your mother. So many wonderful memories have come flooding back.  I can still picture your parents and my parents laughing it up at Annunciation and IWA events and I know Paul and Gloria are there among the many celebrating her return home.

Aunt Mary and Uncle Jack are such a wonderful part of my childhood memories.  Their upbeat happy demeanors and their close knit family are things I will remember forever.  So sad that they are gone but will they will live forever in my heart.

May God comfort you all in your grief.  It is so hard to lose a parent, but all the more when she was such a source of joy and delight!  I will always remember Aunt Mary V as a joyful happy person who always seemed to me to be smiling and laughing!

My condolences go out to the family of Ms. Wolf. May the many beautiful memories provide you with comfort now and in the days to come. Also you can look forward to a time when all causes of death and the heartaches it brings will be no more.

Mary V was an absolutely wonderful Lady.  I admired her sense of humor, her compassion for people and zest for life as well as the example she set for her children and others.  I didn't know her as a child like my husband, but am very glad I was able to know her when I became a "Davis".  We send our deepest sympathies to all of the family.  I know she and another red-head  are having the time of their lives.  God Bless y'all...

Mary V was such a beautiful person!  She made such a wonderful difference in this world.  Many hugs & prayers to the family.  Keep your happy memories of her in your hearts; she will always be with you!  I always smile when I think of her - such a sweet lady & she knew how to have a good time!

God put you in so many lives for a reason and through your wonderful generosity you have enriched so many lives. Thank you for opening up your heart and home to me and always making feel welcome.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. She will be missed by all from the Resurrection community, she had such an impact on all of us.
