Michael J. Neiser, 60, passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2022. He will be missed tremendously for the joy he brought to everyone and the love and close friendships he shared.
Michael was a Special Needs person and had been supported over 35 years by Reach Unlimited who are dedicated to providing quality support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With the strong and enduring support of the entire family and especially his mother, his nephew John and wife Michaelina and his niece Savannah, and the wonderful teaching, caregiving, and support of Reach Unlimited, he was able to transcend his limitations and lead an independent and an incredibly productive, happy, and loving life.
From an early age, he participated in the Special Olympics, loved to go fishing, was an avid fan of the Astros and Texans, and loved his country music. He worked a variety of different jobs over the years enabling him to live independently thus providing a great example of succeeding in life despite any disabilities.
Most importantly, it was his love and friendship that he freely offered to his family and friends. If you needed Michael to help you, he was always there and showed tenderness, care and help that we should all take as an example of being a good person in life and now in our memories.
Michael was preceded in death by his father James J. Neiser, Sr. and his brother Harold Neiser.
