I love this photo because if you know Uncle Mike you know that he sat like this all the time.  It was his thing. Lol

Carol and I are so sorry to hear about Mike. We just found out tonight from Margie Brock via Rhonda MacAlister. We have only  spoken to Mike once since we moved to Arkansas. Praying for you and the boys that everything works out ok.

Mike and I met in the late 70’s at a law firm. We both went to UH and hit it off immediately. We rode together to work and had to do it in the nightmare of the Southwest Freeway. To pass the time, we would sing Christmas carols loudly with the windows open. In those ancient times you had to go to bars to play video games, so we did until the smoke made us nauseous. We drifted apart after I left Houston and kept up sporadically through the years. I should have kept in better touch because this is a terrible surprise. I’ll miss you, man, and regret we didn’t spend more time together.
