

Born in McAllen, Miguel lived a life defined by dedication, hard work, and strength. After proudly serving in the United States Navy and being stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, he went on to build a successful career in banking. He spent many years as a branch manager and Vice President for Bank of America before retiring from Security Service Federal Credit Union, where he worked in the training department and was known for mentoring others with patience and care.
Miguel had a deep love for the Washington Redskins aka Washington Commanders and an enthusiasm for racing and cherished watching NASCAR and going to Vegas to watch the Super Bowl with his brother Harvey — a tradition that brought him great joy and lasting memories. His favorite band was Chicago and loved to see them live with his daughter, Caroline.
He will be remembered by his children, Heather Brame, Parker Lacombe, and Caroline Baldearena; and by his grandchildren, Helena Gonzalez, Olive Lacombe, Gemma Martinez, and Casey Martinez. He is also survived by his brother, Harvey Baldearena, and sisters, Corina Baldearena and Stephanie Narvaiz.
Miguel was preceded in death by his brother, George Baldearena; his father, Miguel Baldearena; and his mother, Gloria Baldearena.
A funeral service to honor Miguel’s life will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023, followed by burial at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
Miguel will be remembered for his mentoring, love for the Redskins and love of riding his motorcycle on the open road.
