Milbourne Lowell Leggett, age 63, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Lowell was born December 7, 1949 in Houston to Milbourne K. and Phyllis Leggett. He is survived by sister, Catherine Fitch, brother, Philip L. Leggett, M.D., and numerous nieces and nephews. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Sunday, December 8, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Lowell’s family would like to thank his Doctors, the Staff of Houston Northwest Hospital, and the 6:30 A.M. Serenity Group, for their care and kindness. Lowell’s laughter and zest for life will be missed.
