She was born October 10 , 1923 in Beaukiss , TX to Ernest and Elizabeth Floyd Fagg . She was known to
all of her family as " Sis " .
She married the love of her life , Edwin Gerald Magnuson on his birthday October 2 , 1944 . Mildred began
working for Shell Oil Co. in September of 1942 until her retirement on June 1 , 1985 .
She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Elizabeth Fagg ; her husband Gerald Magnuson ; her brothers John Nolan Fagg , Morgan G. Fagg , Ray Fagg and tommy Gene Fagg ; sisters Nelda Fagg
Whatley and Mary Belle Fagg Hennessey ; niece Bell Cook and nephew Kyle Fagg .
She is survived by nephews ; Kenneth , Dennis , Darryl and Billy ; nieces Robbie , Brenda , Sherrie , Carol , Renee and Valinda .
A visitation for Mildred will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
