Moses David Saldana, beloved father and grandfather, went home to Jesus on June 26, 2012. Moses was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 29, 1944, and moved to Houston, Texas in 1964, where he spent the rest of his life. He is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, the love of his life, Brijida Diaz Saldana, who went home in October 2004. Moses is survived by his 3 children and son-in-law, Frances Saldana Dominguez, Moses David Saldana II, and Sarah and Servando Granados. He had 6 grandchildren; Marissa, Cassandra, Victoria, Kameryn, Jonas and Gabrielle. He is also survived by his siblings. Moses will be truly missed by his children, grandchildren, family and friends. May you rest in peace, Dad. We will always miss you, but we rejoice in knowing that you and mom are together again, and that we will all be together again someday.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. Rosary to be recited. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Earthman Resthaven chapel, with a graveside service to follow.
