Nathan J. Romeo, age 58 passed away peacefully on September 30, 2014. Nathan was born in Houston on February 16, 1956 to Don and Mary (Cascio) Romeo. He was employed by the Veterans Hospital for over thirty years and was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus. He is preceded in death by parents Don Romeo and Mary Romeo; sister, Rose Vollmering; nephew, Chris Lamonte. He is survived by son, Freddy Romeo and wife Lea; and granddaughter, Gianna, brother, Anthony Romeo and wife Pam; sister, Diane Lamonte and husband Anthony; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8pm Thursday October 2, 2014 at the Heights Funeral Home. A rosary will start at 7. Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10:00am at Saint Patricks’s Catholic Church in Houston.
