Norma was one of the nicest
people I have ever known!  She had a beautiful smile and eyes that twinkled when she laughed! She is missed by everyone who knew and loved her!

Mrs. McConnell was my supervisor when I student taught at Kolter Elementary School in 1974.  She was a great teacher, a consummate professional and was a great mentor.  I, along with the thousands she had positive impact on,  am sorry for your loss.

Norma was a joy to everyone.  She had a delightful laugh, a sparkling smile and eyes that lit up a room.  She will be sorely missed by all of those whose lives she touched.
