Norma Theresa Zeringue Telotta, age 90, died January 5, 2015. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Paul J. Telotta, as well as her parents, Ethel Elizabeth Surgi and Wallace Joseph Zeringue, Sr., her infant brother, David Zeringue, and her grandson, Craig Ulrich. Norma is survived by her 2 daughters and their husbands, Susan and Alan Ulrich and Elizabeth and Larry Lowe, one granddaughter, Carla Kula, one grandson, Brian Lowe and 5 great grandchildren. Norma is also survived by her two younger brothers, Wallace Zeringue, Jr. and Albert Zeringue.
Norma resided in Colorado the last 2 years of her life after receiving a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease but she never forgot her Texas roots for even a moment. It is with heartbreak and profound pride we bring her home to Texas. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Holy Name Catholic Church, 1920 Marion St., Houston, Texas 77009, where Norma and Paul were married in 1946. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
