Remembering such a special lady on her birthday.  Norm was my mom's best friend.  Even after they had both grown up, married, and moved to different parts of the country, she was always #1. I had the privilege of knowing her, too, and she was a treasure.

Norm was my mom’s best friend. The girls grew up together and I enjoyed many stories of their childhood adventures, trips they took to Galveston during summer vacations, and the bond they shared forever. I was blessed to meet her several times, and her son, Kent, too. 
Sending deepest condolences to Kent, Alyce and family.  I know how much we miss our moms and wish they could live forever.  The bonds will never be broken, the love surrounds us, always.
