Oscar Daniel Montemayor Jr.

On November 23, 2024, Oscar Daniel Montemayor Jr. was called home to our heavenly father at the young age of 27. He was a free-spirited soul who loved hard and acquired a friend wherever he found himself. His sudden passing brought sadness to all the hearts who loved him. Though his time with us was far too short, the memories he leaves behind will continue to bring comfort and strength to those who loved him. Oscar had a way of making everyone around him feel special, and his compassionate nature touched the lives of many.

We ask that you join us in celebrating his life and help us to continue his memory of his everlasting smile. Oscar leaves behind his legacy and his greatest love, his daughter Zoee Montemayor age 10. She was the light of his day and the reason for his smiling face. His love for her was truly undeniable. He is survived by his parents Oscar and Casilda Montemayor. Loved by his three sisters, Carmen R. Ortiz, Teresa R. Kendall and Daniella D. Montemayor. He was an endearing uncle to 3 nephews, Ryan and Brody Kendall age 9, Isac Ortiz, age 9 and a niece Emilia Ortiz age 3 who are left heartbroken by his sudden departure. Oscar’s memory will forever be imprinted in our hearts and may he rest in peace knowing how deeply loved he is.

A visitation for Oscar will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023, followed by a rosary service from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
