Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 41 years, John Zanek; daughters Heather Smith and husband Matt, Amanda Balusek and husband Cecil; brother Richard Seay and grandchildren Dylan Balusek, Mason Smith, Marshall Balusek, Jace Smith and Alivia Smith.
The family would like to thank the staff at Houston Hospice for their compassionate service.
A visitation will be held from 5pm-7pm, Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 1pm, Friday, September 7, 2018, followed by interment at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
