Paul was born to Loy Barnette and Bernice Barnette, January 1941, in Texas. He married Patricia Turner in 1972, and they lived together in Houston, Texas.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Barnette to cherish his memories. Paul was preceded in death by his parents.
Paul worked for Shell Oil and Gas Company for a couple years prior to a large layoff of employees, Dresser Swaco Company for over 5 years, and worked with his father at B-Line Trailer Service for 8 years prior to retiring. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, they enjoyed many cruises together, in 1977 Paul purchased Pat’s dream Corvette as a gift and they joined a Houston Corvette Club. Together they both shared an interest in Corvettes and spent many weekends on the track! He was also actively involved in The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over 30 years with his wife Pat as a volunteer.
