Paul L. Walker

Paul Lynn Walker born February 8, 1943 in Alexandria, Louisiana was called home by our Lord on January 18, 2011 at the age of 67. Paul spent most of his life in Houston; a graduate of Milby High School in 1961, he worked with various companies to include Hughes Tools, Walker Bolt, and Lone Star/Walker Bolt where he retired in 2008.

He is preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Dorothy Walker.

Paul is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Cheryl and Mark Grant of San Antonio, TX; daughter and son-in-law Channon and Norman Cantrell of San Antonio, TX; and son Shawn Paul Walker of Hockley TX.

He is also survived by brother and sister-in-law Bill and Donna Walker; brother and sister-in-law James and Carolyn Walker; and sister and brother-in-law Deanna and Gerald Owens.

Paul’s seven grand children are Linnon and Brandi Grant; Laird and Jeremy Cantrell; and Payton, Nicholas, and Cash Walker.

Paul was a devoted Dad, PawPaw, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. We all loved him and will miss him deeply.

Paul’s wishes were to be cremated. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Freeway on January 29, 2011 at 2:00pm.
