

Pauline Kitching was born on Saturday, March 14, 1925, to Luther C. and Effie L. Driggers in Glenville, Georgia. She entered eternal rest on Thursday, June 30, 2011, in Tomball, Texas at the age of 86.
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Tom D. Kitching. She is survived by her son, Tom D. Kitching, II and his fiancée Monica Peters and children; brother, Jimmy Driggers and wife Maxine of Georgia, numerous nieces and nephews.
Pauline moved to Houston in 1943 where she met and married her husband. She was previously employed by Magnolia Oil Co. and Cameron Iron Works. Pauline owned and operated the Spring Branch Sewing Shoppe for 36 years, making clothes and alterations in Spring Branch until she retired in 2005.
Being raised in the country, she enjoyed fishing and watching the sun set. Pauline was a loving and kind person always willing to help her fellow man. She was devoted to family and she will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
The family wishes to express a very special thank you to two groups of “Gods Angels on Earth,” the staff of Inwood Crossing in Tomball, TX and Lighthouse Hospice from Conroe, TX for their kindness, love, and support.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service begins at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, in the chapel of Waltrip Funeral Directors with Dr. Charles Greene officiating.
Interment will follow at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
