PETE RETA MEDINA was born on August 31, 1919 to Pedro Medina Sr. and Carmen Reta Medina in Gonzales, Texas. He passed away surrounded by loving family on March 26, 2010 at the age of 90 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Eva Herrera Medina, sisters Isabela Flores and Susie Rodriguez, children Gilbert Medina, Olivia Medina and partner Jeff Berger, Celia (Sally) Garcia, Pete Medina Jr., Ginger Sarabia and husband Gilbert Sarabia. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.The viewing will be held on March 30th at Forest Park Lawndale from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with the rosary at 7:00 P.M. Mass will be held on March 31st at 11:00 A.M. at Queen of Peace, 3011 Telephone Road, Houston, Texas 77023.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pete's name to Queen of Peace Capital Campaign, 3011 Telephone Road, Houston, 77023
