I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I lost contact with him many years ago.  I remember well when he joined CFVFD. He was so excited and wanted to get involved with everything at the station.  He was like a bull in a candy store but his energy was contagious.  I am so glad to be a part of his training in his early years.  To his family you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Phil was a childhood friend of mine. We were in Boy Scouts together. I remember many good times riding his horse and getting into trouble. My heart goes out to his family.

Phil was a great asset to those of us in the fire service.  I first met Phil just after he was hired as the Fire Marshal in Alvin.  He spent a couple weeks riding with the League City Fire Marshals and we definitely learned from each other.  My condolences to the family and friends.

Without Phil and Brian my childhood would have been a little boring.  Phil always made me laugh.  I remember when he started volunteering for the fire department in high school.  He was so excited.  We rode home in his truck, and he honked his crazy sounding horn all the way home. My heart goes out to his family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sad time....

May fond memories be forever cherished- especially in this time of sorrow...on behalf of the Wilson family, I wish all those whose lives have been touched by Phil Rogers our deepest condolences. 

Phil always had a welcoming and warming smile on his face. Over the past 20 years it was always great to see him whether at CFVFD or HCFMO.

The time we spent with each other will never be forgot. Am in sorrow and will pray for you.

It was with deep sorrow that I learned of Phil's passing. Having know him for many years and enjoying many heated discussions with him over technical issues that he was an expert on I will be surely miss him.  My heart goes out to his family and many friends in the fire service.

Phil you will be truly missed. You really made me feel welcome as one of the new inspectors at the Fire Marshal's office and always took an interest in how my training was going and how things were going for me in the field. I always appreciated having you there to answer my many questions.
