

Rachel Cadriel Del Bosque, at the age of 86, gained her angel wings on October 28,2024 surrounded by her daughters, sister and family members. She had a long battle of dealing with dementia and fought it to the end.
Rachel was born June 17,1938, in Kingsville,TX., to Feliciano and Luisa Reyes Cadriel. She married Aniceto Del Bosque Jr.,in 1954 and had 5 children, Nelda Avalos (Henry), Arnold Del Bosque + (Alice), Noelia ”Nowee” Rodriguez, Neida”Baby” Montez (Gil), Melissa “Missy” Trembath (Carlos). In 1960 Rachel moved to Houston, Texas and lived in the Denver Harbor Area for the remainder of her life. She received her GED and studied to become a Notary Public and worked from home so she could care for her family. She later became known to the community as Sra. Raquel or Dona Raquel, and Ms.Rachel; as the lady that could help you with anything.
Rachel is preceded in death by her siblings, Ramiro Cadriel, Chenda Ramos, Feliciano Cadriel,Jr., Fred Cadriel, Becky Quintanilla, and Adolfo Cadriel. She is survived by her only living sister, Gracie Pineda; sister in law, Amelia Pena (Cleo) and brother in law, Armando Lopez (Cookie).
Rachel was a loving grandmother of 12 and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren that she adored to the end. Rachel also loved her nieces and nephews dearly and would help all the family with anything they needed.
Rachel leaves a legacy for her family and friends.
