Ramon Garcia Romo

Mr. Ramon Garcia Romo, 91, passed away peacefully on Monday January 16, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Garcia was born April 4, 1931 in the outskirts of Jesus Maria, Jalisco in his family’s ranch “Rancho El Ranero” to Mr. Rafael Garcia Plascencia and Isabel Romo. At a young age he moved to Mexico City seeking for a better future for himself and parents. This is where he would later meet his wife Juanita Espinosa Luengas and had a family of six. She tragically passed away in 1984 and Mr. Garcia remained widowed. In 1985 due to the Sep 19th Earthquake the family moved to Guadalajara, Jalisco. Later Mr. Garcia returned to Jesus Maria, Jalisco until recent years where he moved to Houston, TX to be with his children. What brought Mr. Ramon the most joy was hunting, cooking, spending time with his children and grandchildren. Mr. Ramon Garcia Romo is survived by his six children; Nicasio Garcia, Irene Hernandez, Maria Del Pilar Tapia, Carlos Jesus Garcia, Javier Garcia, y El Fego Martin Garcia. His eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchild.
