Dear Family ~ The Garza's house is full of memories. Christmas, New Years playing Loteria or Pon, we always had fun. Playing and swinging in the backyard while our parents had their visit. Great times! I spent so much time there I was just part of the family. Helping fold clothes and clean beans, wash dishes it was always more fun at the Garza house. We all lived in a unique time and neighborhood running from house to house and playing. She made the best beans!! I will miss seeing her but know she is at rest and now joins her loving husband. God bless you all!
Love y'all Marijo

Dearest Garza Family,
We go way back, I always felt your family was my family and vis-versa. Raquel was a pillar of strength, she was hilarious, a wonderful cook and just such a good person all the way around. My memories are nothing but fun, good loving times. May she RIP with Simon by her side and surrounded by all her friends and family that truly loved her.

I'm going to miss how excited my grandmother would get whenever I would see her. They don't make them like her anymore. I'm going to miss you so much, I love you.
