Ray Duron

Ray Duron, 70, of Houston, TX, passed July 29, 2022. Ray was born to Gavino Duron and Carlotta Zuniga, January 13, 1952, in Houston, TX. He married Sidia Zamora in 1982, and they lived together in Houston, TX. Together they raised 5 children. He is survived by: His Wife Sidia Duron, His children Ray Duron, Jr and wife Delfina, Ramon Duron, Jesus Gonzalez and wife Monika, Mireya Gonzalez and husband Tommy and Sidia Marie Duron. His grandchildren Sabrina, Ray III, Jazmin, Fabian, Adrian, Ariana, Alyssa and Jolene. He also leaves to cherish his memory His siblings Nick Duron, Benny Duron, Gabby Duron and Lucy Trujillo. He was preceded in death by His mother and step-father Carlotta and Raymond Trujillo and his sister Linda Trujillo. Ray worked for Riviana for 11 years and Kroger for 17 years. He was a huge sports fanatic, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, traveling and making memories with his wife after retirement, loved the outdoors and spent all his free time with his dog, Buddy. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
