He was born January 22, 1932, in Ganado, Texas to Encarnacion and Catarina Orzabal.
He was the beloved husband to the late Marcelina Maldonado Orzabal.
He is survived by his brother, Guadalupe Orzabal, sister, Mary Buchanan, half-brother, Martin Orzabal; his children Robert and his wife Julie Orzabal, Raymond and his wife Larah Orzabal, Rebecca, Ruben Anthony Orzabal;
his grandchildren, Christian, Jourdan her husband Wiley Howard, Marcus, Gabbi, Jesse, Christina, Ethan; and a great grandson Anthony. He also is survived by numerous cousins, loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Martinez, Celia Walston; his brother John Orzabal Sr. and half-brother Carlos Orzabal.
Raymond was a member of the US Army who proudly served his county in the Korean War, and served as a Corporal in the Signal Corps
He was a successful, self- employed business man for many years in Houston, Texas and was the owner of Thompson TV Repair.
In the early 1970s, Raymond purchased land in Ganado, Texas with his wife Marcelina, and they raised their children in Ganado, Texas.
In his later years on his ranch, he enjoyed spending his time with his family and friends telling family stories and bringing much joy.
