Reginald B. Clemons was born October 24th 1952 to John & Bertha Clemons. At the age of 7 he was baptized at Second Mount Olive under the leadership of Peter Taylor Sr. At an early age his love for baseball started when he played for Sweny Park Little League. Reginald was educated in H.I.S.D where he attended Bruce Elementary, E.O. Smith Jr High , & was a proud graduate of Phyllis Wheatley High School class of 1973.After graduating , he went on to work at Armco Steel Company as a furnace operator. He later worked at Pepsi Cola and Southern Pacific Railroad.
