Rita M. Garcia, 69, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 in Houston, Texas. She was born October 16, 1947 in Houston, Texas to Roy and Christella Garcia Gomez. She is survived by her daughters, Rachel Serabian and husband Phillip and Rebecca Garcia; her grandchildren, Ariel Perez, Jesse Roy Perez, and Baby Serabian (Bean); sisters, Cristella Smouse and husband Gary, Sylvia Gomez, Barbara Gomez and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
