Robert is survived by his wife, Vernon “Peanut”, his 4 children; Freda (Rene), Charles (Deborah), Henry (Sharon) and Fay, 8 grandchildren; Sara (Tim), Charles Jr. (Christina), Samuel (Kristan), Charla (Brandon), Crystal (Ryan), Cody (Jessica), Shonda (Larry) and Jacob, 21 great grandchildren; Chloe, Adam, Austin, Andi (Roy), Charles III, Nicole, Anthony (Desiree), Bryce, Addison, Bailey, Ava, Dexter, Kaitlynn, Zane, David, Christopher, Dylan, Jordan, Andrea, Victoria, Alyssa as well as 3 great great grandchildren; Jax, Lauren and Amelia, along with many other family and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by Robert Dow Jr Ballard (son), Flo Forbes (granddaughter), Samuel Ballard (father), Gracy Ballard (mother) and Kenneth Ballard (brother)
A graveside service for Robert will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
