

Born in North Carolina and raised in Wyoming. Graduated High School and signed up for the Army at the early age of 17 to serve his country in Vietnam. After his service he began his career in heavy equipment repair. Soon after he started his own company and ran it until retirement. He accumulated 5 Harley Davidson motorcycles along with 2 Custom Choppers which he enjoyed riding every one of them. He really enjoyed woodworking and building custom furniture. He was a member of the American Legion and spent a lot of his time with the church.
He is preceded in death by Barbara J. Johnson, his wife of 38 years. He is survived by his sister Faye and wife Theresa Ann Chudej, 3 sons, Robert Dallas Johnson Jr. and spouse Roxeanne, Jeremiah Johnson Sr. and spouse Chrystal, Christopher Michael Johnson and spouse Lauren, daughter Tina Marie Perez, 2 stepdaughters Trina and Denise Chudej and stepson Steven. Also 10 grandchildren. Chloe, Cameron, Jeremiah Jr, Tylor, Juliana, Audrina, Serenity, Hope, Colby, Jillie, Gage and Tyler.

A visitation for Robert will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A special procession will occur Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A graveside service will occur Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
