Roberto Villarreal, 75, a great brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all, passed away June 20, 2019.

He was born in Houston, TX on December 31, 1943, to Ernesto and Angelita Villarreal. He has two brothers and three sisters: Ernestine “Tina” Espinosa (deceased), Gregoria “Goya” Soto (deceased), Lupe Villarreal (deceased), Ernesto Villarreal Jr, and Belen Rodriguez. He was married to Frances G. Villarreal (deceased) for 42 years and leaves son, Christopher Duran (wife Josefina Duran) and daughter, Esther Lucio (husband Sotero Lucio), grandchildren - Robert Lucio (wife Anna Lucio) , Sara Lucio, Crystal Duran Ortiz (husband Josh Ortiz) and great-grandchildren - Maya Lucio, Jayson Yanez, Victoria Yanez, Josh Ortiz , Frances Yanez and many nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2019 (5- 9pm) at Forest Park Lawndale with a Rosary to be recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2pm in the Forest Park Lawndale Chapel with burial to follow in the cemetery.
