He was my mentor, he helped me every single day! He would bring me a taco every morning and we would hang out all the time!! He looked at my son as a grandson! Came to his games and would always get him something special at the store. Jase would call him Rully, and that name stuck!! They had a unique bond, and I was very grateful! There is so many things we would do, from going out in the Jeep just to cruise around or go have a few beers after work, we had a blast! He was a true friend, and I am so thankful he was apart of my life!! I am going to miss him!!

Rudy and I worked together at Grainger for 2 years. He was one of the most tenured, and I was one of the newest employees. Rudy and I sat next to one another, and he was instrumental in my growth and development with the company. He was a wealth of knowledge both internally and externally. In addition, he was a phenomenal person, and he will be missed.
