Ronald Kahla Jr.

He was a loving husband and father totally dedicating himself to his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ron enjoyed gardening, crafting, drawing and most especially Christmas decorating. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Rogers Kahla, son, Ronald Edwin Kahla III, sister, Marjorie Lena Crainer, father Ronald Edwin Kahla Sr.,mother Lena Herod Kahla and his precious cocker spaniel, Tudy. He is lovingly survived by his daughter Katherine Ruth Hatcher and husband Johnny Ray; grandchildren, Brodie Ryan Hatcher, Kaitlin Nicole Hatcher Holliday and husband Brad; great grandchildren, Zoe Addison Holliday, Jaxon Deeks Holliday, and Haylie Lynn Hatcher.

The immediate family will meet at 11:30 on Thursday, June 3 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home and be escorted to the gravesite at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery for the Graveside Services.

A memorial reception, for friends and family, will be held, at Ron’s home at a later date.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
