Rosa was a loving wife, devoted mother and proud grand mother but most of the time she was a mother to everyone in her world. She was kind, generous and had a huge heart.
She is survived by her husband Noe Arteaga of 51 years here daughters and their extended family: Monica and husband Mario, Maggie and husband Sam, and Vicky. Grandchildren: Adrian, Julian, Anastacia, Sam, Briana, Roger, Steven, and Zach. Siblings: twin sister Isabela (Chavela), sister Regina, three brothers Quino, Rigo, Romolo and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home 6900 Lawndale Ave, Houston, TX 77023 on June 6, 2015. Visiting will be from 9-10AM, with a rosary at 10:30AM, and a funeral service at 11AM.
