I may not remember this memory vividly, but I was always told about the big pink wreath you gave my parents when they first brought me home from the hospital. My parents placed it on their door to show all of Dorbrandt a new baby girl was just added to the block. Fond memories I CAN recall are coming home from Mexico as a little girl, after Christmas break, and you ALWAYS having a present to give us. And for anyone who lived nearby, it was a known fact that you and Mr. Joe had THE BEST Halloween decorations (and candy!). I knew you my whole life, and I will remember you for the rest of it. I send my deepest condolences to all of the Gallardo family; especially to Jessica, my sister in law and his wife, Linda. May you rest in eternal paradise, Rudy.

Rudy, I will miss you very much. For the past 18 years, I've had the opportunity to know you. I met you in 2003 at the first Texan game that would lead to many years knowing you and getting to know your daughter and son. I was also blessed in getting to know Linda and to see how happy she was with you. Your smile, your "high fives" and your enthusiasm will always be missed. I know your in a great place now; however, you will be dearly missed here. I will forever remember you and will always consider you a dear friend of mine. God bless your family and give them peace during this time.

Our deepest condolences to Linda and the family. I known Rudy over 20 years when first time he came up to me requesting Hometown Boys djing at Stephanie’s Icehouse. We became friends after that and had gatherings with friends and his family. He did collect music and did a little djing too. He was a good person willing to help anyone anytime. We will miss you Rudy RIP in heaven.

I’m going to miss my Uncle Rudy. I’m even going to miss all the times he would ask me for more music, which was all the time. Wayback when, maybe 1983 or so he hired me for my first paid DJ gig at the firefighters union hall. I was nervous but he had confidence in me and it started something for me that lasted for many years. RIP Uncle Rudy,
