Ruth Ann Howell

Ruth Ann Howell passed away May 6, 2022. She was born August 22, 1925 in Houston, Texas. Ann served at Langley Air Force base, Ellington Air Force base and the HUD office in Houston, Texas. In 1980, she retired from HUD and became a Real Estate Broker in Houston. Ann is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Montgomery and son-in-law Grady Montgomery, sisters-in-law Henrietta Howell and family and Belle Howell Whetsell and family, and many other family members and beloved friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2022, 5pm – 8pm at the Heights Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, 12 noon at the Heights Chapel. Committal service will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. A reception will follow the committal service at Pappasito’s at Memorial City, 10409 I-10 West, Houston, Texas 77024.
