Ruth Mary Kovach, 98, of Houston, Texas passed away on February 16, 2016. Ruth enjoyed spending her time gardening, making ceramics as well as oil painting. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael P. Kovach, her parents Dennis and Gussie Dowling and 8 brothers and sisters. Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters Mary & Gene Johnson, Elaine & John Schubert, grandchildren Donny & Drena Johnson, Lori Schubert and Melanie Schubert, great grandchildren Joshua, Natalie and Ryan. A visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 19, 2016 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM with a graveside service taking place at 3:00 PM. The family would like to extend its gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at Houston Hospice for their tireless efforts to ensure that their mother and entire family were comforted throughout the journey.
