Sarah and I worked together for 8 years. She was the sweetest most loving person I knew. She helped me through some trying times. She loved her puppies and I know she is in her happy place at the rainbow bridge.
RIP Sarah. You will be greatly missed.

Sarah and I became friends years ago through dachshund rescue. I knew her to be a kind person with a great capacity to love and accept. Sarah's love came without boundaries or conditions. Those of us who were blessed to be her friend saw her compassion for all animals and her devotion to her beloved dachshunds. Sarah's friends were part of her extended family and she would always greet us with hugs and kisses. She will be greatly missed.

Paul and I only met Sarah once - it was last year at Sam Pruett's dachshund party - but she sure left an impression on us. We talked for a few hours about dogs, looked through photo books, and she cuddled with our Baron. Later we enjoyed her daily dose of dachshund humor on Facebook. We are sorry to hear of her passing. She will be missed.

Sarah was only known to me through our pet blogging ... but I came to know her as an amazing,
strong and beautiful woman. She truly lived a full life, and gave much to many ... especially her
love of her little "dachsies". Rest well in God's loving arms ...
To her family and close friends, my sincere sympathy for your loss.

I’ll always remember working the Houston dog show with Sara. She loved the dogs & enjoyed talking to everyone.
She was particularly good at reeling in customers and donations at the dachshund kissing booth. Without missing a beat, she once responded to a man who said he’d just brushed his teeth, “oh the dog won’t mind!”
She could raise money and do it with a sense of humor.

Above all, Sara was always kind. Rest In Peace.
