On December 28, 1958 a baby girl was born to Richard and Wanda Jackson, they named her Sharon Kaye. She confessed Christ at an early age. Sharon attended public school in the Houston Independent School District, receiving her diploma from M.C. Williams High School. Sharon worked for the City of Houston Police Department for 17 years. After that she began her career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for numerous years. On Monday, August 18, 2014. Sharon awakened in the arms of her heavenly father to join her mother Wanda Jackson, her father Richard Jackson and her sister Jacqueline Jackson. Sharon leaves to cherish her memory 2 sons Derrick (Shanika), Cedrick Jackson, six grandchildren, Jacory, Justin, Keyanna, Kalon, Cyairra & Marquise Jackson, siblings: Richard (Venessa), Karen, Michelle (Dennis), Rhonda, Brenda and a loving grandmother Nellie Booker, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews
