"Aunt Stella" and my mother became friends when they were employed at the VA many year ago.
Our families have since enjoyed a wonderful 40- plus years friendship. "Aunt Stella" was beautiful inside and out. She called Mother every week to check on her "sister." And, she always asked her how we were doing and even kept an account of all our new additions to the family. We've been so blessed to be a part of this family.
Tash, Sharron and Van, we are saddened by your mother's passing, but please know that though we are here for all of you. We're extending a prayer for comfort and peace.
We love you guys!
