Tiao Khamphiou Phasouk Rasavady was born on May 5, 1923 and is the eldest daughter of Tiao Khamlek and Mompheng Phasouk. She has three sisters and one brother. Her sister, Tiao Bouakham Phasouk is the only sibling who is still alive. She got married at the age of 18 to Tiao Chanthavady Rasavady on Nov 10, 1943. Together, they had 7 sons and 6 daughters. Two whom have passed away, and 11 still alive.
Tiao Khamphiou Rasavady has 38 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren who cherish her dearly.
She had celebrated her 97th birthday just last month with her family. Tiao Khamphiou was always thinking of the well being and happiness of her family, and even in her old age would often do her best to be there for everyone's important moments.
