I remember way back when (early 80's) Tommy was in a full body cast. He took us fishing in Galveston, on the way back the transmission in his truck went out,  we drove backwards all the way home just to beat Melody home from work.      I have always LOVED and thought of Tommy as a dad. 

A very fond memory I have of my Grandpa is that there would always be a old western show on the television. Even if he wasn’t watching it or he was asleep in his brown recliner he would always get the remote control and change it back.

I will always remember what good friends you and Tommy were to Camille and Tim.  I will always be grateful for that and hope you can forge on in happiness for your family and yourself.  So sorry...

My grandpa was the best cook when it came to breakfast, and while I say this I’m not kidding. He made the best eggs I have ever tasted. When I spent some of my weekends at my grandmas house I would wake up to the smell of delicious bacon and amazing eggs. I love you grandpa

I love you dad more than I ever showed you. I'm really going to miss our fishing time together. Whether it was you teaching me how to wade fish at such a young age or me making sure you had a place to sit in our later yrs together. Fish or no fish, they were our time to talk and reminisce about life. I promise to teach Dylan what you have taught me. I love you !!!
