Emma Jean Toinette "Toni" Harrington McClellan DeWillis, age 88, was born June 27, 1938, in Thomasville, North Carolina, and passed away September 11, 2026, in Cypress, Texas. Toni was deeply cherished, remembered for a kind heart and a steady, selfless way of caring for others—qualities that showed not in grand gestures, but in the faithful, hard-working devotion of a life well lived. A resident of Houston, Texas, Toni built a legacy of love, diligence, and quiet strength that will be carried forward by all who were blessed to know her.
For 25 years, Toni served as an Administrative Assistant for the Houston Police Department. Through years of dependable service, Toni’s work reflected the same constancy that defined her life—showing up, doing what needed to be done, and doing it with care.
Away from work, Toni found joy in flowers and had a gift for making anything grow. In that simple, beautiful hobby, those who loved her saw something essential about Toni: a nurturing spirit, patient hands, and a generous heart that made room for life to flourish.
