He accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He attended Aldine Senior High School where he graduated in 1989 receiving his diploma.
He met and married Monica Anita Webb. In this union there were three children born: son, Tamarick and daughters, Tyra and Tiara.
Tuoro was preceded in death by his father (Charles Barnes). He leaves to mourn: his loving devoted mother, Willie Mae Barnes; his children, Tamarick Barnes, Tyra Barnes and Tiara Barnes (Monica Webb-Barnes); his siblings Cotrena Londow (Richard), Tondia Barnes and Travia Barnes (Nicole) and his special friend: Monica Covarrubias and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
