She is survived by her sons, Thomas Craig Taylor (wife Diane), and Stanley Ray Taylor (wife Phyllis); grandchildren, Michelle Miller (husband Tom), Kim Taylor, Carrie Taylor, and Bryan Taylor (fiancée Tiffany Carroll); great-grandchildren, Katlynn Brookfield, Jessica Jasger, and Ethan Taylor.
Veatrice was an avid bridge player, and enjoyed Sunday morning church services at The Clarewood House.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 5-8 pm at Heights Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held the following afternoon at 2 pm, at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery.
